Interesting Information About Caffeine

Let me first say that I have been an “anti coffee person” for as long as I can remember. Although I have always enjoyed the taste, the idea of being dependent on a morning cup of coffee is something that I have no interest in being a part of. Don’t get me wrong, I see nothing wrong with occasional intake,  just not habitual daily consumption.

Within the last couple of months (with work, school and other commitments pulling me in all sorts of directions) I have began to drink coffee much more regularly then before. Although still not at the point “daily consumption” I have begin to take note of this and especially notice a mellowing of the significant “kick” it would previously give me.
